Easily Customise Your Own Wine Bottles

What you will need:

  1. A bottle of wine
  2. Your personalised label*
  3. Peanut butter
  4. Paper Towels
  5. Dishwashing liquid

Step 1:

Pull off the label as much as you can - or as far as your patience goes. It helps to use water and a rough cloth. (If you are a wine connoisseur you might not want to use hot water.) Spread the sticky label part with peanut butter. Don't be shy with the spreading! Leave the bottle for a couple of hours. The longer you leave it, the easier it will be to remove the sticky mess.

Step 2:

With a paper towel, wipe off the peanut butter.

Step 3:

Wash the bottle properly with water and dishwashing liquid. Rinse it well and let it dry. Try not to touch the bottle with your bare hands.

Step 4:

Paste your label onto the bottle and voila! It's that easy :-)

*Your local printers will be able to print your artwork onto label paper. It is strongly suggested that, if you are planning on printing it yourself, to use a laser printer and not an inkjet.

To create your own label, we suggest something like Fotor. It is super easy to use and you can personalise it the way you want to.
